"Great fit. The fabric stays fairly wrinkle free and doesn’t stain easily. Wash up well. I’ve been wearing them every day since I got them. The waist snap is an unusual designed and you are warned not to pull the snap apart but the fastening instructions are cryptic. Once you find the trick, it’s a breeze."

"I say 3 stars. 3 stars means average, or just what you should expect for the price you paid. These are a much lighter fabric than I expected. They are Sunday-go-to-meeting shorts or golf shorts or something. I am not expecting them to last long in the real world. As a first time customer for the brand I was expecting something a little more burly I guess. The color is great and the proprietary snap at the waist is only mildly annoying. They run a little large and are somewhat baggier than I am used to but the lack of a thoughtful, dedicated cellphone space and the hyperlight fabric are the reasons I will not buy again."

"I can't love these shorts enough. Really like unique color options too. After wearing them for 2 weeks, I ordered a second pair in a different color. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 b/c of the shipping experience. Having an 8-10 day shipping window is exceptionally long, especially when purchasing a premium product / brand. I ordered by second paid a week ahead of a vacation trip only to learn they wouldn't arrive for 8+ days, after I leave for my trip."

Terrible snap button

"This is the stupidest design. Went to unsnap it, thinking it was a normal snap and it bent rendering the snap worthless and they wouldn’t button. For a $99 pair of shorts, I’m not happy. Really poor design choice. How about a simple button? Otherwise, great shorts."
